Martyn Rollo
Managing Director
Project Controls Specialist
Martyn is a highly experienced Project Controls specialist with over 20 years of planning and risk management expertise, accumulated across some of the most challenging and high-value programmes in the energy sector. His career spans the full asset lifecycle - from concept and detailed design through to operations, late-life management, and decommissioning - having held lead planning roles across operating companies, non-operating partners, and service companies throughout the UK North Sea. With deep expertise in integrated plan development, Schedule Risk Analysis, and multidisciplinary team leadership, Martyn has a consistent record of driving complex, multi-workstream projects to successful completion on time and within budget. He currently leads planning on Focus' Data Centre portfolio alongside providing senior planning support across the team's oil and gas projects, bringing the same disciplined, integrated planning approach that has defined his career to new and growing sectors. A passionate advocate for the value of project controls, Martyn founded Focus in 2017 with the belief that flexible, experienced planning resources - deployed at the right time and at the right cost - can make a decisive difference to any project.
Rachel Rollo

Client Support Manager & Marketing
Rachel is a Company Director who provides essential administrative and commercial oversight across all planning activities. She manages client relationships, contracts, and accounts, and coordinates our training courses. With a background in marketing, Rachel also leads the development and delivery of the Focus marketing strategy. Her professionalism, organisation, and client-focused approach ensure the business operates efficiently and continues to deliver high-quality planning services to every client.
Tony Waldram
Senior Planner
Tony is a Senior Planner with over 30 years of experience in project planning and controls within the oil and gas industry. His expertise spans the full asset lifecycle - from concept and detailed design through to decommissioning - across topsides, drilling, and subsea scopes. Tony has held senior planning roles across major operators and service companies throughout the UK North Sea, and brings a disciplined, integrated approach to schedule development, risk management, and project controls delivery.
Angie Stephen
Project Planner and Scheduler
Angie is a Planning Engineer with over 35 years of experience in project controls across the oil and gas industry, working for both contractors and clients. With great attention to detail, she specialises in schedule development and maintenance, critical path analysis, resource optimisation, and progress reporting. Angie currently provides planning support through Focus, bringing a flexible and highly thorough approach to integrated planning that ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Karen Prise
Project Planner
Karen brings over 20 years of experience in the sector. She has led her own successful business in offshore chemical tank rental for Oil & Gas and has worked globally with various companies throughout her career. With expertise spanning project management, operations, planning and logistics, Karen's knowledge, efficiency and keen eye for detail make her a very valuable asset to the Focus team. Her responsibilities include schedule maintenance, client engagement and the delivery of project controls reports.

Sean Goldie
Planning Engineer
Sean joins the Focus team with over 18 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas industry and a reputation for coordinating planning and scheduling of project activities through engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning. He is highly proficient in Oracle Primavera P6, Maximo and SAP, for the purpose of project control, monitoring and reporting. Sean also has extensive offshore experience with detailed knowledge of maintenance and shutdown (TAR) management.
Morgan Bell
Planning Assistant
Morgan joined the planning team following seven years in hospitality management, where he developed strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills. After successfully completing our ‘Focus on Planning’ training programme, he demonstrated excellent potential and was invited to continue his development within the company. Morgan now supports project planners with schedule monitoring and progress reporting, applying his attention to detail and collaborative approach to deliver high-quality planning support across ongoing projects.

Scott is a Project Controls specialist and qualified Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience delivering major energy and infrastructure projects. Having built his career across some of the industry's most technically demanding programmes - spanning the full asset lifecycle from concept and detailed design through to operations, late-life management, and decommissioning, including the management of major brownfield energy developments and detailed engineering scopes. Scott brings deep expertise in project delivery, multidisciplinary coordination, Schedule Risk Analysis, and risk management across complex offshore and onshore environments. He is currently serving as Lead Planner on our expanding Data Centre portfolio, applying the same disciplined, integrated planning rigour developed across major energy and infrastructure programmes to this fast-growing and increasingly high-value sector. Scott has a genuine passion for project controls, and particularly the application of integrated planning processes to major, high-value projects - bringing technical leadership and a proven ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders effectively from concept through to commissioning.

Lead Document Controller
Larry is a Lead Document Controller and Information Management professional with over 20 years of experience across oil and gas, construction, and infrastructure programmes. With a track record of implementing EDMS platforms, building Master Document Registers, and managing full-lifecycle documentation from FEED through to commissioning, Larry brings rigour and precision to every project. He currently leads document control on Focus' Data Centre portfolio, ensuring audit-ready systems across all phases.
Alex Rider
Senior Project Planner
Alex is a Senior Project and Planning Engineer with 15 years of experience delivering complex offshore oil and gas projects across the Middle East, UKCS, and West Africa. Spanning engineering, construction, commissioning, and decommissioning, Alex brings expertise in schedule oversight, progress monitoring, cost control, and risk management. He currently provides planning support on Focus' Data Centre portfolio, applying the same rigorous, integrated approach to project controls that has defined his career.
Steve Davidson
Principal Planner
Steve is a Principal Planner with over 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, specialising in EPC, shutdowns, brownfield modifications and offshore campaigns across the UK and internationally. Currently leading planning on a major European data centre construction programme, he brings deep expertise in Primavera P6 and Mpower, schedule development, recovery planning and stakeholder reporting. Steve has delivered planning on major capital projects up to £500m in value and holds an MBA with distinction.
Rory Deady
Site Planning Engineer
Rory is a Project Planner currently working on-site on a major data centre construction programme. Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project, he specialises in critical path analysis, earned value management, lookahead scheduling and stakeholder reporting. Rory has delivered planning across Tier 1 data centre and large-scale pharmaceutical projects, coordinating with subcontractors and procurement teams to maintain programme performance. He holds an MSc in Information Systems and a First Class Honours BA.
