Martyn Rollo
Managing Director
Lead Planning Engineer
Martyn leads the Focus Planning team with over 20 years of project controls experience. Having worked across operating, non-operating, decommissioning and service companies, he is knowledgeable in all phases of the asset and/or project life cycle, from concept through to close out. Martyn has a deep understanding of project management software and is highly skilled in developing comprehensive project plans alongside providing crucial Schedule Risk Analysis expertise.
Rachel Rollo

Client Support Manager & Marketing
Rachel is a Company Director who provides essential administrative and commercial oversight across all planning activities. She manages client relationships, contracts, and accounts, and coordinates our training courses. With a background in marketing, Rachel also leads the development and delivery of the Focus marketing strategy. Her professionalism, organisation, and client-focused approach ensure the business operates efficiently and continues to deliver high-quality planning services to every client.
Tony Waldram
Senior Planner
Tony is a highly skilled senior planning engineer and has successfully delivered Oil & Gas projects for over 30 years. With a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise, he has trained and mentored planners throughout his career. Tony has an exceptional understanding of planning, having worked across operating, non-operating, decommissioning and service companies.
Angie Stephen
Project Planner and Scheduler
Angie brings over 30 years of cost and planning experience. She plays a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. With great attention to detail and the ability to work flexibly throughout a project lifecycle, Angie is responsible for the maintenance of project schedules, monitoring progress, identifying delays and managing resources.
Karen Prise
Project Planner
Karen brings over 20 years of experience in the sector. She has led the development of her own successful business in offshore chemical tank rental for Oil & Gas and has worked globally with various other companies throughout her career. With a broad range of expertise in project management, operations, planning and logistics, Karen's knowledge, efficiency and keen eye for detail make her a huge asset to the Focus team of planners. Her primary responsibilities include the maintenance of schedules, engaging with clients to optimise plans and the delivery of project controls reports.

Sean Goldie
Planning Engineer
Sean joins the Focus team with over 18 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas industry and a reputation for coordinating planning and scheduling of project activities through engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning. He is highly proficient in Oracle Primavera P6, Maximo and SAP, for the purpose of project control, monitoring and reporting. Sean also has extensive offshore experience with detailed knowledge of maintenance and shutdown (TAR) management.
Morgan Bell
Planning Assistant
Morgan joined the planning team following seven years in hospitality management, where he developed strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills. After successfully completing our ‘Focus on Planning’ training programme, he demonstrated excellent potential and was invited to continue his development within the company. Morgan now supports project planners with schedule monitoring and progress reporting, applying his attention to detail and collaborative approach to deliver high-quality planning support across ongoing projects.
